Week Commencing 23rd March
Work is planned to continue this week preparing the floor of the lifeboat station. This part of the works will involve delivery of up to ten lorry loads of ready-mixed concrete probably in a couple of weeks time. Clearly this might lead to some disruption and it is hoped to be able to give some notice of when this will happen.
Work will also continue on preparation of the plinths to receive the concrete piers which will hold up the new slipways.
It is not anticipated that there will be any significant movements of spoil up Cove Hill this week.
