Construction Works during 2009

THIS WEEK`S PLANNED WORKS

Week Commencing 29th June
Work will continue this week from the jack-up platform, working on the underwater section of the launch slipway.
Work will start on demolishing the temporary access works to the boathouse doors, and demolishing the remains of the short recovery slipway.
No night working is planned for this week.


 


Monday 29th June

A segment of concrete slipway being lowered for divers to fix at the bottom end of the long slip this afternoon.

4th July
The launching slipway viewed from seaward through the legs of the jack-up platform.
The steel slipway is nearly complete - just infil panels, handrails, rollers etc to add.
Work underway to remove the temporary access into the boathouse.
The remains of the short slipway have been removed, ready for work to start on the new short slipway.
