Construction Works during 2009

THIS WEEK`S PLANNED WORKS

Week Commencing 30th March

A continuation of the same this week with work continuing to concrete the large hole in the boathouse floor.
Work is planned to continue to prepare the granite plinths for the new precast concrete piers, the first of which is due to be
installed in about three weeks.
Work will also continue from time to time to clear the harbour beach of spoil residue.

 

 

4th April
These two images show the tipping cradle well in the boathouse being prepared for concrete pours scheduled for next week
The steel frame will form the mounting plate for the new hydraulic tipping cradle on which the lifeboat will sit.
