Travel Directions
From the Sennen area, follow the A30 towards Penzance, taking the left fork
onto the B3306 to St. Just ; the airfield is one mile along this road , with
the left turn onto the unclassified road to Nanquidno at the far (northern)
end of the airfield immediately after the converted School on the left.
From the Penzance area , follow the A30 towards Lands End and take the right
turn at Crows -an - Wra (appx 6 miles from Penzance) uphill (Bound & a Half
Hill) on the unclassified road signed St.Just. This road joins the B3306 just
before the airfield.

Birds
The airfield attracts a considerable number of gulls from time to time, but
is probably best known for scarce and rare waders , particularly Dotterel and
Buff-breasted Sandpiper .
Land`s End - or St.Just - Airfield lies between St.Just and Sennen , just southeast
of the village of Kelynack.
The field is best viewed from the minor road to Nanquidno, which runs along
the northwestern boundary of the airfield.
The southeastern part of the field can be viewed from the track to Brea Vean
, a pull-in with space for two or three cars off the B3306, just southeast of
the airport buildings.
There is also a pull-in on the B3306 opposite the airfield which can be useful.
Entry to the airfield in the pursuit of birdwatching is totally prohibited -
if you do , you deserve to have a Skybus land on you !.
